    Arizona Compliance & Safety

    • Every project is designed to meet Arizona’s pool barrier code (A.R.S. § 36-1681) and the additional requirements specific to your municipality — Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley each apply their own variances on top of the state standard.

    • Glass panels are tempered safety glass, meeting or exceeding industry standards. Tempered glass is engineered to break into small, granular pieces rather than sharp shards if it ever breaks under abnormal stress — breakage under normal use is rare.

    • Gates include self-closing, self-latching hardware as standard.

    • Permitting requirements tied to these codes vary by property. We consult on what’s required for your municipality as part of the estimate, though securing the permit itself is the homeowner’s responsibility.

    Will the fence meet my HOA’s requirements?

    Do you install pool fencing for Airbnb or VRBO properties?

    Yes. STR properties carry the same code requirements as any residential pool, with the added consideration of guest turnover and liability — guests unfamiliar with the property are a higher risk than residents in their own home.

    Will a glass fence affect my listing photos?
