Getting Started — What to Expect
Consultation & Design
Your single point of contact assesses your space, walks through pool safety requirements, and designs a fence suited to your property. On-site measurement, a transparent, no- pressure estimate.
Fabrication & Lead Time
Custom-cut tempered glass panels and hardware, specified for Arizona’s climate and fabricated through our trusted network. Timeline confirmed at the estimate stage; lead times vary by project size.
Delivery, Installation & Handover
In our local service area, installation is coordinated through our vetted installation network and managed start to finish by your point of contact. Out-of-state clients receive fabricated panels and hardware shipped directly, with installation guidance included. Every project closes with a final walkthrough, care instructions, and warranty paperwork.
Arizona Compliance & Safety
- Every project is designed to meet Arizona’s pool barrier code (A.R.S. § 36-1681) and the additional requirements specific to your municipality — Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley each apply their own variances on top of the state standard.
-
Glass panels are tempered safety glass, meeting or exceeding industry standards. Tempered glass is engineered to break into small, granular pieces rather than sharp shards if it ever breaks under abnormal stress — breakage under normal use is rare.
-
Gates include self-closing, self-latching hardware as standard.
-
Permitting requirements tied to these codes vary by property. We consult on what’s required for your municipality as part of the estimate, though securing the permit itself is the homeowner’s responsibility.
Will the fence meet my HOA’s requirements?
Most HOA guidelines address material, height, and color consistency in addition to the underlying municipal code. We can review your HOA’s documented requirements as part of the estimate process and confirm the system meets them before you commit.
Short-Term Rental Properties
Do you install pool fencing for Airbnb or VRBO properties?
Yes. STR properties carry the same code requirements as any residential pool, with the added consideration of guest turnover and liability — guests unfamiliar with the property are a higher risk than residents in their own home.
Will a glass fence affect my listing photos?
It’s built to protect them. Where mesh and aluminum interrupt every pool photo in the frame, 1/2” tempered glass panels stay out of the shot, keeping the water the visual centerpiece of the listing.
Can installation work around guest bookings?
In most cases, yes — we can typically schedule around a rental calendar when timelines are shared upfront during the estimate process.

Timeline
Installation typically runs 1 to 7 days, depending on project scope. From first consultation to final handover, most projects complete in 2 to 4 weeks.
Maintenance & Care
Mild soap and water keep the glass clear — no special cleaners needed. Glass panels and stainless spigots hold up with minimal maintenance over time: no fabric to replace, no powder coat to touch up, no hinges prone to rusting from pool chemicals or irrigation.
Product & Durability
How does the glass hold up in Arizona’s monsoon season or high wind?
The glass and spigot hardware are engineered to withstand the wind and impact loads outdoor installations in Arizona see, including monsoon conditions.
Does the glass discolor or get cloudy over time?
No — tempered glass at this thickness holds its clarity under continuous sun and pool- chemical exposure with routine cleaning.
Can you install around an existing pool, or only new construction?
Both. Retrofitting an existing pool is one of the most common project types.
